Caramel-Banana Sundaes

I've got another delicious WW recipe for you! This one is for caramel-banana sundaes. I wasn't too sure how good the fat-free ice cream and caramel would be, but it was awesome! The photo doesn't really do it justice since the ice cream quickly started melting after the sauce was poured over it, but trust me, they are gooooood.

Caramel-Banana Sundaes
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbs. water
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups fat-free vanilla ice cream
4 tsp. fat-free caramel topping
Directions: Combine brown sugar and water in large nonstick skillet. Cooke over medium heat until sugar melts. Add bananas to skillet, cook over low heat for 2 minutes, or until bananas are heated. Spoon banana mixture evenly over ice cream. Top each serving with 1 tsp. fat-free caramel topping. Yields 4 servings. Four points each!
