Caramelized Pumpkin Seeds

I have never had much luck roasting pumpkin seeds. Either I don't let them dry out enough or I burn them or any number of other things go wrong. But, this year = success! Finally!

I used this recipe & toasted them in the pan instead of the oven. Easy peasy. From now on, it's my go-to recipe. Mmmm!
