Corn Salad

The hub made this quick & easy corn salad to take to a neighborhood BBQ recently. The longer it marinates, the better it is! :)


2 cups sweet corn
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Directions: In a large bowl, combine vegetables & stir in dressing. Cover & refrigerate until served. Yields 8 servings.
